7.	I want to add my own music to the Flash Movie. How can I do that?
::	You can select the music from our music gallery or opt to have your own music added to the Flash Movie. You need to send us the music clip of your choice in either wav or mp3 format. The music clip needs to be processed so that it can be added to the Flash Movie which is done by our inhouse technical team. There is a small fee for doing this. 8.	I don't want any music to play with my Flash Movie. How do I disable music?
::	The music gallery tool has the option for disabling music completely. Simply click on "no music" button to disable music completely.

9.	I want to have a custom designed Flash Movie template. Is that possible?

10.	How do I edit the content for my custom designed Flash Movie template?
::	The custom designed Flash Movies are built in such a way that you can edit them just like the other pre designed
	Flash Movies in the Online Flash Builder.

1.	I have built a Flash Movie and have paid for it. Now how do I add it to my site?
::	Once you have completed publishing the Flash Movie you will be provided a simple one line html code which you can paste in the html page on which you want the Flash Movie to be seen. Thats all you need to do. In case you are not sure about how to add the code please get in touch with support and they will be glad to assist you.

2.	Do I have to add the code everytime I modify the Flash Movie?
::	No. The code needs to be added only once. After that whenever you edit the Flash Movie the changes will be automatically updated. You don't have to do anything beyond logging into the Flash Builder and making changes to your content.

3.	I have lost the html code for my Flash Movie. what do I do?
::	Just log into the Members section go to the "edit Flash Movie " section. You will find the "get code" button for each Flash Movie you have built. You can click on this button to get the code for your Flash Movie.

1.	I have lost my password. How can I get it?
::	Click on the "Forgot password?" link in the Member login page and provide your email address that you used during sign up. Your account information will be instantly emailed to you.

2.	What happens after I cancel subscription to a paid Flash Movie?
::	Your Paid Flash Movie will be inactived. Your site visitors will no longer be able to view the Flash Movie.

3.	I can’t find the kind of Flash Movie I am looking for. How do I suggest a design ?
::	You can write to us about your concept and our design team will build a Flash Movie and add it to the gallery during the regular Flash Builder updates. However if you want a custom design which you do not want to be part of the standard gallery then you can order a custom design and the Flash Movie will be custom built for you.
